Lambrusco Marani is one of the many RED WINE GRAPE varieties belonging to the “Vitis Labrusche” family associated with the European wild vines that originated and became widespread in Emilia.
The CYLINDRICAL or PYRAMID-SHAPED CLUSTERS are MEDIUM-LARGE in size, LONG, with a slight OFF-SHOOT and fairly COMPACT DENSITY.
The GRAPE BERRIES are of MEDIUM size and SPHERICAL in shape. The SKINS are THICK, CORIACEOUS and BLUE in colour tending towards BLACK.
